Admission Procedure

The admission procedure at NDHS is friendly and transparent.

Admission to Class Nursery

Eligibility: Minimum age 3+ years as on 31st March, 2020

  • Registration is the first step for seeking admission at NDHS.
  • Registration forms will be available on all working days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Payment of prescribed registration form can be done via Cash / Pay Order / Online.
  • Online Registration facility is available through the school administration office and website.
  • Parents can fill the Online Registration Form on the school website.
  • Registration fee can be paid online using Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking.

Admission to Classes Prep – IX

  • NDHS welcomes inquiries from eager and confident learners of Classes Prep–IX.
  • Since seats are limited, the admission process includes interaction & academic assessment.
  • Dates and timing for interaction/assessment (Classes I–IX) will be provided at registration.
  • For Prep applicants, only interaction will be held.

Kindly Note

  • Admission to Nursery will be through informal interaction with parents and child.
  • Date & time for interaction will be communicated telephonically and on the website.
  • Incomplete registration forms will not be processed.
  • Parents are advised not to fill more than one form for an applicant.
  • Submission of registration form does not guarantee admission.
  • List of selected children will be displayed on the school website and primary wing notice board.
  • Parents will also be informed telephonically.
  • On confirmation, fee must be deposited within the given time or the seat will be allotted to another applicant.

At the Time of Registration – Enclosures

  • Self-attested copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation.
  • Self-attested copy of Aadhaar Card of child and parents.
  • Self-attested copy of residence proof (Electricity Bill / Ration Card / Telephone Bill / Passport).
  • Two passport size photographs each of Parents/Guardian & Child.

Final Admission (Verification of Original Documents)

  • Original Birth Certificate.
  • Original Aadhaar Card of child and parents.
  • Medical Fitness Certificate (by Registered Medical Practitioner).
  • Blood Group Report.
  • Civil Documents:
    • PAN Card of both parents.
    • Passport of student (if available).
    • UID / Passport / Driving License – any ID proof of both parents.
  • Highest qualification certificates of both parents.
  • Transfer Case: Transfer Certificate from employer stating date of transfer.
  • Transfer Certificate from previous school (for Prep onwards).
  • Parents must present originals for verification; no undertakings will be accepted.

NDHS reserves the right to amend the fee structure each academic session to improve learning experience and environment.
